Sabalenka was born in Minsk (the capital of Belarus) she is the daughter of Sergey. Sergey Her father (who died in 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. Her 12 WTA singles titles comprise the Grand Slam, the 2023 Australian Open. In doubles, she is also an outstanding player. She's won two majors along with Elise Mertens. They won the US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, played with her during her 2018 season to the end and part of her 2020 campaign. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach from August until September 2020. Antonio Dubrov has been her coach since 2020. Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova were her idols.
